Can I participate? Where and how can I register?
Are you diagnosed with ACM or does this disease run in your family? Then you can contribute to our ACM-research by granting us permission to collect your medical records in collaboration with your physician. After you’ve registered, you don’t have to do anything. Your medical data will be safely stored under a study ID (we remove your name) and will only be available to researchers with authorization. You can retract your permission at any time.
Currently, we include patients through all 8 academic medical centres in the Nederlands. However, patients from other Dutch centres are also able to participate in the Netherlands ACM Registry. Participants from other centres will be asked to provide us permission to request medical records from other medical centres.
